Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sage 200 implementations, from scoping through to delivery and support
- Support pre-sales with demos, quotes, and proposals
- Run client discovery sessions and document requirements
- Configure systems, migrate data, and support UAT
- Manage project documentation and client communication
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants
- Provide expert support and escalation via the Support Desk
- Stay current with product trends and maintain certifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience with Sage 200, including: Sicon Manufacturing, WAP, and Projects
- Sage 50 CIM50 Manufacturing Draycir / Eureka Add-ons
- Strong project planning skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Solid understanding of finance/accounting principles
- Proficient with: Windows and Server OS, Office 365, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), SQL
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting Sage solutions
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others
- Experience working with clients across varied industries and requirements
Desirable
- Accreditations in: Sage 200 Financials, Commercials, BOM, Sage Report Designer
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Background in pre-sales support
