SoCode is excited to work with an exciting scale-up to help find a new HR Manager. The role will be to take charge of all HR and Office management covering HR practises and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and align HR strategies with business goals. Manage recruitment and on boarding across the UK/EU region. Oversee the employee life cycle: retention, engagement, promotions, and performance. Plan team-building activities and recognition programs. Ensure legal compliance and optimise compensation and benefits. Foster collaboration by addressing employee relations and concerns. Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maximise productivity. Manage office operations, including calendars, supplies, and reporting. Enforce physical and cyber security policies.Qualifications Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. 3+ years of HR management or HR executive experience. Strong knowledge of legal and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
