We’re looking for a leader who can bring energy, direction, and accountability - someone who knows how to turn marketing into a genuine growth engine. You’ll be stepping into a business at an exciting stage, with the opportunity to elevate brand, sharpen positioning, and drive a high quality pipeline in a complex, high value B2B environment. You’ll work directly with the Head of Defence Sales, owning the connection between marketing and revenue.

Expect to:

  • Drive qualified lead generation across digital, events and campaigns
  • Mentor and grow your small team, leading from the front
  • Shape thought leadership (white papers, insights, speaking opportunities)
  • Own the website, content and marketing collateral
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioning
  • Manage external partners, including PR
