We’re hiring a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to serve as a frontline technical expert across pre-sales, solution deployment, and ongoing customer support. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position centered on advanced RF systems — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, networks, and customer success. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and clients to ensure smooth technical delivery from first contact through to post-deployment support, across both U.S. and international markets. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Provide expert technical support throughout the sales lifecycle (pre-sales and post-sales) Draft task plans, technical documentation, and post-engagement reports Support live product demos, trade shows, and field-based events Represent the business in front of high ranking officials from various nations and organisations Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery Report to the U.S. Customer Success Lead, supporting sales and adoption through technical enablement🧠What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training Strong knowledge of RF systems and the radio frequency spectrum, or networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, network diagnostics, etc.) Field engineering experience in system setup, testing, or deployment Experience developing and delivering structured technical training🚀 Who You Are A hands-on technical professional who’s confident in front of customers Clear communicator — both written and verbal — with excellent interpersonal skills Able to prioritize, troubleshoot on the fly, and adapt to dynamic environments Comfortable operating both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Willing to travel frequently across the U.S. and occasionally overseas for client support, demos, and trainingWhy Join Us?
