As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be working on the software that supports and controls these radars, with a focus on the design and architecture of complex data processing, distribution, and display systems. You will take ownership and steer the development of major new features and product developments, whilst leading by example and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of owning and technically leading projects delivering significant software developments.
- 10+ years of software development experience, primarily on Windows platforms.
- Excellent understanding and experience of object-oriented software design with C++.
- Effective at working directly with end customers.
