My client is seeking an Applications Analyst to support and maintain their business systems, ensuring they run smoothly to meet the needs of their manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and help teams use the ERP platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Management: Manage, maintain, and continuously optimise the company’s ERP systems to support production, supply chain, inventory, and other manufacturing processes.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on support for business systems, troubleshoot issues, and train employees on best practices and new functionalities.
SQL Maintenance: Modify views to assist with troubleshooting and improve data accuracy.
Upgrades & Implementations: Plan, coordinate, and support system upgrades, patches, and the implementation of new modules or features, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption.
Vendor & IT Liaison: Collaborate with internal IT teams and external software vendors to maintain optimal system performance, security, and data integrity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines to support knowledge sharing and training.Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience working with ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
