End User Support Contractor – Short Term Contract Onsite | Tech Industry Client | Immediate Start 3 month rolling contract | Outside IR35 | £250 per day. Must be Cambridge Based.

We are currently partnering with a leading technology organisation to recruit an experienced End User Support Contractor for a short-term onsite engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT support professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and providing high-quality end user support.

Working closely with the IT Manager, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the business while also assisting with a range of ongoing IT projects and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite end user support across desktop, laptop, and mobile environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support and administer Windows 11 environments
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Manage user accounts, access requests, and device setups
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Work closely with the IT Manager on day-to-day IT projects and improvements
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication with end users
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an End User Support / Desktop Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11
  • Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
  • Flexible and proactive approach to supporting wider IT operations and projects
