Requirements

  • Proven experience in an End User Support or Desktop Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11.
  • Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to supporting wider IT operations and projects.
  • Preference for candidates based in Cambridge.
  • Preference for immediate or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite end user support across desktop, laptop, and mobile environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Support and administer Windows 11 environments.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Manage user accounts, access requests, and device setups.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Work closely with the IT Manager on day-to-day IT projects and improvements.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication with end users.

We are partnering with a leading technology organisation to recruit an experienced End User Support Contractor for a short-term onsite engagement.
