PRODUCT MANAGER – CAMBRIDGESHIRE (ONCE A WEEK) – £45,000 – £60,000

I\’m looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping, defining, and delivering payments products that customers rely on every day.

You do not need prior fintech or payments experience to apply. If you possess product fundamentals, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable outcomes. If you’ve built, launched, or improved digital products in any regulated, technical, or fast-paced environment, I\’d like to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Customer teams to ensure the right work is prioritised and delivered at the right time. This role is about clarity, ownership, and impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Defining product direction with Senior Product Manager’s support.
Contributing to the product roadmap by refining the components required to deliver our longer-term vision.
Ensuring the backlog is driven by clearly defined epics, prioritised by business value, risk, and delivery impact.
Working with product colleagues and delivery teams to break down epics into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Engaging in daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, customer discussions, operational decision-making, and pre- and post-sales support.
Supporting product delivery milestones, ensuring clear communication and alignment across internal and external channels.
Ensuring delivery remains aligned to customer needs and regulatory expectations.WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Business analysis and research capability, with a structured approach to problem solving.
The ability to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to view problems from multiple perspectives and contribute to solutions.
Good attention to detail, and a clear focus on delivery quality.
Prioritisation skills, with the confidence to make value-driven decisions.
To be a creative, innovative and strategic thinker, able to adapt quickly as requirements evolve.NICE TO HAVE

Understanding of the fintech space
