The company works with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology organisations to support the safe use of healthcare products through digital risk management solutions. The package is negotiable, but they are offering a base circa £140,000 with upside and other benefits. This is a predominantly remote position, although they have an office in Cambridge.
This role will lead business growth through a mix of market development, client leadership, and strategic management. The position involves expanding consulting offerings, developing new client relationships, and strengthening existing ones. The role combines commercial accountability with hands-on consulting and leadership responsibilities.
Market and Offering Development: Create and launch new consulting services, grow a personal area of expertise, and raise visibility through industry engagement and thought leadership.
Client Management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, oversee project quality and delivery, and drive account growth through a deep understanding of client organisations.
Business Leadership: Contribute to executive strategy, lead a defined business area, and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the firm.
