Are you passionate about supporting cutting-edge retail and e-commerce technology? We’re partnering with a leading high end retail, e-commerce organisation who are looking for an Applications Support Specialist with strong experience in Point of Sale (POS) workflows and mobile applications.

The Role
As part of a dynamic applications support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring critical retail systems run smoothly across stores, digital channels, and mobile platforms. You’ll be responsible for:

Providing 2nd/3rd line support for retail applications, including POS systems and mobile applications.
Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests for a SaaS/CLoud Platform.
Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the e-commerce and retail technology stack.
Working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless customer and colleague experiences.
Creating documentation and knowledge articles for recurring issues.About You
We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid background in retail technology support. Ideally you’ll bring:

Proven experience in applications support within e-commerce or retail environments.
Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) workflows and in-store systems.
Experience supporting mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (e.g. ITIL).
Excellent stakeholder communication skills – able to translate technical detail into business-friendly language
