Socket. dev is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates toward high performance.

You’ll also ensure SOPs are followed, promote community involvement, and coordinate omni-channel initiatives to create a frictionless shopping experience.
