Quality Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair is currently seeking a Service Writer / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We have been Winnipeg's emergency mobile repair specialist since 2007. We're fully equipped and committed to keeping our customers rolling with our 3 bay shop and fully stocked service trucks. We offer emergency roadside service, safeties, and repairs to all makes and models of commercial trucks and trailers.
The Service Writer is an integral part of our team acting as the liaison between our customers and technicians ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front desk reception; greet customers and suppliers
- Answer telephone calls & emails
- Listen to customer concerns and document issues with their units accurately
- Parts organization; ordering, deliveries, pick-ups, and inventory
- Schedule customer appointments
- Report on vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
- Provide customers with estimates, invoices, and receipts
- Maintain proper maintenance reports and provide work orders to technicians
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Class 5 driver's license (class 1 would be an asset)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Above average computer skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to change
