Your next chapter: Travel Chapter is the holiday home people. We connect guests to incredible properties across the UK and help homeowners share the places they love most. From pricing and marketing to guest experience and operational support, our goal is to unlock the full potential of every property in our portfolio.
We are now looking for a Homeowner Account Manager to join our regional team, supporting homeowners across St Ives and the surrounding area. This is a home and field-based role, with regular travel required across a local portfolio of properties (approximately a 25-mile radius). You don't need to be based directly in St Ives, but a strong knowledge of the local area, holiday market, and communities will be important to building successful homeowner relationships.
This role blends customer relationships, data insight and commercial thinking to drive performance across a growing portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners in your portfolio, helping them make informed decisions that improve performance and guest appeal.
- Manage a mix of remote and in-person interactions, including regular property visits throughout the year.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Building strong homeowner relationships and being a trusted advisor.
- Reviewing pricing, occupancy and marketing performance to identify opportunities.
- Making data-driven recommendations to maximise commercial performance.
- Ensuring property descriptions, photography and listings are optimised.
- Communicating insights clearly and instilling confidence in decision-making.
- Using systems and tools to monitor trends and track KPIs.
- Supporting retention and helping to grow the regional portfolio.
- Collaborating with internal teams across operations, commercial and marketing.
This role includes additional earning potential linked to performance targets. A full UK driving licence is required due to the need for regular property visits.
What We Are Looking For:
We know the perfect candidate does not always exist. If most of the below sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
- A customer-focused mindset and confidence in building relationships.
- Strong local knowledge of St Ives and the surrounding area.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- A commercial approach to pricing, marketing and revenue.
- Confidence using systems and digital tools (Salesforce beneficial but not essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise, manage time and work autonomously.
- A positive and adaptable nature in a fast-moving, seasonal environment.
What Is In It For You:
At Travel Chapter, we believe in supporting our people and helping them thrive. Alongside joining a progressive and growing business, you will receive a wide range of benefits including:
- Competitive salary with additional earning potential.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- A special day off for your birthday or a loved one's.
- £500 towards a holiday of your choice.
- A paid volunteering day each year.
- Friends and family discount scheme.
- Life assurance.
- Social clubs and community groups.
- Regular social events including our famous Christmas parties.
