Step Into the Multiverse: Your Next Adventure Starts Here
At Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro, we harness the power of imagination and connection to create unforgettable experiences.
We create entertainment that inspires creativity, sparks passion, forging friendships, and fosters communities around the globe.
In every pursuit our mission is to inspire a lifetime love of games.
Whether it's through the strategic depth of
Magic: The Gathering®, the rich storytelling of Dungeons & Dragons®, or our AAA digital game studios, we build worlds that bring people together, spark creativity, and fuel adventure.
As we continue to grow and explore new realms, we're seeking passionate, curious, and innovative minds to join the adventure.
We're looking for a sharp, culture-obsessed, chronically online Social Community Manager to lead reactive and cultural social efforts for two of the most iconic gaming brands in the world.
You'll work as a reactive and content editorial lead who lives on the internet, understands where culture is moving before it gets there, and knows how to mobilize a creative team to act on it fast.
You will own the output, quality, and velocity of a small, fast-moving social team.
You identify the opportunities, you understand what to do with them, and you collaborate with copywriters and content creators to bring them to life — quickly, on-brand, and with real cultural impact.
What You’ll Do
- Scan Tik Tok, X, Instagram, Reddit, and beyond daily for cultural moments, trending formats, meme formats, and reactive opportunities.
- Work with video editors and copywriter to turn opportunities into content.
- Make editorial judgment calls on brand voice, timing, and tone.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with brand collaborators to keep approvals moving.
- Drive measurable growth in reactive presence, cultural participation, and trend engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 4-5 years in social, editorial, or cultural content — brand side, agency, or adjacent.
- You live online. You're a culture junkie. You know trends, jokes, memes, and culture.
- You know when to swing and when to sit out.
- You collaborate in creating video, images, and text posts that get engagement.
- Working knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.
- Portfolio or body of work that demonstrates cultural proficiency and social impact.
- Based in London, Montreal, or Hong Kong.
Nice to Have
- Passion for gaming and entertainment.
- Experience with community management tools.
