Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Operations role in Canada to build and run the workforce planning system, governance, and cadence that keeps strategic work on track at scale. You will own the operating calendar, governance forums, executive reporting, and cross‑functional coordination with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and Finance.

You’ll lead enablement, packaging and distribution of planning content, coordinate training, and maintain clear documentation of decisions.
