Sock Club has an exciting new opportunity on the Design Team for a Production Sock Designer. As a leader in the promotional products industry, Sock Club strives for the highest level of custom design and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a self-motivated and efficient Production Sock Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality sock designs quickly and accurately, meeting tight deadlines, and managing a high volume of work and tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering large quantities of top-notch work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Fast-Paced Production: Create, modify, and finalize sock designs swiftly to meet daily turnaround goals and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High Volume Output: Manage and execute a high volume of production tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
  • Precision and Accuracy: Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with designers, marketing and sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver assets accordingly.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope, deadlines, and feedback, ensuring efficient turnaround of revisions and new requests.
  • Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in graphic design or other related field is recommended, with 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating speed and high-volume output.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
