A high-growth, technology-led business in the North West is looking for a Product Owner to join a scaling digital team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality product outcomes, working closely with technology squads and senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable value to both customers and the wider organisation. The Role
- Own the end-to-end experience for a defined product area
- Translate ideas from multiple stakeholders into structured, deliverable requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
- Work closely with engineering teams to ship high-impact product improvements
- Contribute to quarterly OKRs and longer-term product strategy
- Build and prioritise a value-led backlog
- Track delivery progress, risks and opportunities
- Measure success through analytics, MI, feedback and performance metrics
- Map and improve existing business processes
- Monitor operational issues impacting product performance
