Are you billing into the US tech market from the UK, or a strong biller ready to take on a bigger market? Socium is growing its US desk from our London office, and we want an established recruiter to help lead it.

The role
- Build and run a US tech recruitment desk from our London office, considering people from both perm and contract backgrounds, we have a home for both!
- Develop new client relationships across the US and grow existing accounts
- Run full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, from first conversation to offer and placement
- Work hours that overlap with your US clients and candidates, with the support of a London team behind you
- Help shape how we grow in the US. As the desk grows, there’s room for you to grow with it
Who we’re looking for
- You’re already working the US market from the UK. You have an established network, a client base and a clear understanding of how US hiring, compensation and contracts work.
- You’re a proven biller looking to move into the US market. You have a strong, consistent billing track record in tech recruitment (UK, Europe or elsewhere) and want to take on a larger market with real backing.
You’ll also be:

- Self-motivated, and happy in an autonomous environment that rewards results
