They’re now looking for an IT Support Technician to support internal users and keep everything running smoothly across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling 1st & 2nd line IT support for internal and remote staff
- Assisting with 3rd line escalations and internal IT projects
- Setting up new users and hardware/software systems
- Day-to-day maintenance of Windows 11 machines, Office 365, VoIP, and basic network infrastructure
