Are you a commercially minded Retail Trade Planner who thrives on turning insight into action? We're looking for an experienced Trade Planner to join a dynamic retail business where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, margin and customer engagement through effective promotional planning and execution.

Working at the heart of the commercial function, you'll collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams to develop and deliver trade plans that maximise performance across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, customer insight and commercial thinking to influence business results.

The Role

As Trade Planner, you'll be responsible for developing and managing promotional and trading activity that supports the wider commercial strategy. You'll analyse performance, identify opportunities, optimise investment decisions and ensure campaigns are executed effectively to deliver the best possible return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual and seasonal trade plans aligned to business objectives and customer demand.
  • Build and maintain promotional calendars to support sales initiatives.
