A growing retail business is looking for a commercially minded Furniture Buyer / Product Development Manager to help shape and develop its product offer. The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in developing compelling furniture ranges that deliver strong customer appeal and commercial performance.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and sourcing commercially successful furniture ranges
  • Identifying product opportunities across category and price architecture
  • Working with suppliers on product development, design adaptations, specifications and costings
  • Negotiating pricing, margins and supplier terms
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer demand
  • Managing supplier relationships in the UK and internationally
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across trading, operations and leadership
