Hours: Full-time, 7-day trading pattern

Our client, a retailer of premium branded golf apparel, is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead its Canary Wharf store. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for fashion and golf with a leadership role in one of the fastest-growing names in luxury golf apparel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor and inspire your in-store team
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach
  • Drive commercial performance and deliver store goals
  • Ensure best-in-class service that reflects our premium brand
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Monitor stock, manage inventory processes and maintain operational excellence
  • Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to grow performance
  • Build strong relationships with customers, brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Champion the brand and foster loyalty among the community

What we're looking for:

  • Proven team leadership and store management experience
  • Strong background in retail - ideally fashion, luxury or sports apparel
  • Experience in delivering high service standards and driving sales
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in reading sales data and using insight to make decisions
  • Knowledge of retail operations and stock processes
  • A genuine passion for golf and understanding of the luxury golf apparel market
