The Role

  • You’ll own and deliver the IT roadmap—balancing short-term performance with long-term modernisation. This includes everything from network architecture to cyber resilience, cloud strategy to team development.
  • Shape and deliver IT strategy across a complex setup of distributed teams and systems.
  • Oversee infrastructure, cyber, cloud, comms, and operational tooling.
  • Lead and grow a hands-on IT team.
  • Run budgets, manage vendors, and drive project delivery.
  • Act as the go-to for IT with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior-level IT leadership in a complex or regulated business.
  • Strong infrastructure and cyber security credentials.
  • Experience across cloud platforms (Azure ideal), DR / BCP, and operational tooling.
