Through a single platform, head office teams can publish locally relevant content, ensure brand compliance, monitor performance and empower individual locations to build stronger relationships with their communities.
Our technology also enables brands to activate retail media campaigns across thousands of local social media pages, delivering highly targeted advertising through trusted local businesses.
By combining local social media, AI-powered content, reputation management and retail media, Socio Local is creating one of the UK's largest location-based digital advertising networks.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Field Activation & Success Representative who will play a critical role in growing our network by visiting businesses across the North & Midlands and helping them successfully join the Socio Local platform.
Role Overview
As a Field Activation & Success Representative, you will be the face of Socio Local on the ground.

This isn't a traditional sales role.
Success is measured by the number of locations successfully activated and ready to participate in local marketing and retail media campaigns.
Locations will already be included within a commercial agreement, so no traditional selling is necessary beyond communicating the value of the product and the impact it can have on their business.
You'll guide managers through the onboarding journey, connect their social media accounts, secure the necessary advertising permissions and ensure every location is fully operational on the Socio Local platform.
You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping build one of the UK's fastest-growing retail media networks.

- Support large-scale activation programmes across the North & Midlands, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK where required.
- Your Impact
You'll play a key role in activating our customers' locations, giving them better reach and awareness at a community level.
Every location you activate increases the reach of our platform, creating more value for our customers.
Your work will directly contribute to customer success, campaign performance and the continued growth of the business.
