Role Purpose

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading the commercial performance and strategic development of retail across Society and its franchised brands, including UFC GYM. The role oversees product planning, procurement coordination, inventory governance and sell-through optimisation across apparel, combat equipment and fitness accessories. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a commercially astute retail professional to build Society’s retail identity, drive margin performance and execute product collaborations across multiple sites. The role is supported by disciplined forecasting, inventory planning and performance reporting to ensure measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Strategy & Commercial Performance
    • Develop annual retail commercial plan including revenue and margin targets
    • Deliver retail revenue and gross margin across all sites
    • Monitor sell-through, ATV, UPT and attach rates
    • Drive revenue per active member growth
  • Product Planning & Procurement
    • Lead seasonal product planning and assortment strategy
    • Coordinate with Projects for supplier sourcing and production timelines
    • Oversee pricing strategy and margin optimisation
  • Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
    • Coordinate stock forecasting, replenishment and distribution
    • Monitor inventory accuracy, shrinkage and aged stock
  • Franchise & Brand Governance
    • Ensure franchise merchandise compliance (e.g., UFC GYM)
    • Maintain brand presentation standards across all locations
  • Retail Collaborations & Partnerships
    • Lead retail collaborations and pop-ups
    • Measure commercial ROI and performance
  • Training & Implementation
    • Develop retail training materials
    • Coordinate rollout with Regional Operations Manager and Sales Manager

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years multi-site retail experience
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and margin management
  • Experience coordinating suppliers and franchise brands preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
