Duchesne House is a Residential Care Home for Religious Sisters of the Society of the Sacred Heart. We require the following staff to join our team within a supportive working environment.
We are looking for a kind dedicated Night Team Leader who is committed to our ethos of compassionate person‑centred care. You would work with and supervise a night care assistant in caring for our all‑female older religious sisters. You would be the designated senior on duty in all aspects of supervising the home in the absence of the care manager or deputy manager.
Experience vital: NVQ preferred.
Working to an 8 - week rota of 3 x 11 hours a week with 4 nights off, 33 hours per week. Starting salary £24,899.16 increasing to £25,499.76, following successful completion of six months probationary period. Further increments are granted on possessing or gaining relevant qualification and on completion of extended service.
