Society of St James in Southampton is seeking a Housing Management Worker to join our housing portfolio and provide a high-quality service to adults and young people experiencing homelessness. The role is 37 hours per week, on-site, with a salary scale of £26,305 to £29,599 per annum.
You will liaise with support staff, finance, maintenance, Housing Benefit and external organisations to maximise occupancy, maintain safety, and ensure compliance with housing laws.
