InSync Corporate Healthcare are looking for a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail, dedication to quality and desire to make a positive difference to become part of a great team and an integral part of an expanding business. They provide quality occupational health services to organisations and businesses in Wales and Southwest of England and are working towards SEQOHS reaccreditation. They need someone equally enthusiastic to help them grow and have an opportunity for an occupational health physician to join their successful and enthusiastic team.
The post will include a mix of remote and in-person clinics at their consulting rooms in Cardiff and on clients' premises, providing case management assessments, health surveillance and OH general advice and support for clients. They are happy to consider part-time (from one day per week) to full-time 5 days.

Key requirements:
- An occupational health physician holding Diploma, AFOM/MFOM/FFOM qualifications.
- Team worker.
- Full GMC UK registration is obligatory.
- Ability to travel to clients' locations with medical equipment.
- Capacity to provide at least 1 in person clinic per week.
- Excellent communication and ICT skills.
- Commitment to maintaining CPD and assisting in internal audit.
Desirable qualities:
- HSE appointed doctor for HAVS, Ionising radiation, asbestos and experience or willingness to train.
- Welsh speaker, or willingness to learn.
