The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all legal aspects of selling, buying, remortgaging, and transferring property. The day-to-day tasks will include supporting the Conveyancer, liaising with clients and solicitors, drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, and providing administrative support.

  • Knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal aspects of property transactions
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting property searches
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and technology
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
