Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of leading / accompanying transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  • Responsible for coordinating transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  • Responsible for proposing solutions regarding transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.
  • Responsible for monitoring the budget allocated to his/her mission(s).
  • Responsible for respecting the timeline agreed for delivering his/her mission(s).
  • Responsible for raising any alerts / risks / dependencies concerning the execution of the project led.

Profile required

  • Good project management and presentation skills: can understand client needs, scope a mission, identify, organise and follow the actions to perform, meet the deadlines and respect the allocated budget, raise the required alerts, federate the different stakeholders to meet the objectives and deliver solutions to our clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial products / Sales & Trading environment.
  • Autonomy: is autonomous on your missions and you know when to solicit the approval or arbitration to your management/sponsor depending on the situation.
  • Management of simultaneous missions: Good organisation skills required. Can get an overview of the projects portfolio you oversee. You can prioritise, synthesise and analyse.
  • Delivery skills: Delivers on time and brings pragmatic solutions to our clients.
  • An eagerness to learn about new applications or tools, support environment and process improvement.
  • Enthusiastic, a can-do and proactive approach to show initiative and take ownership.
  • Reporting: Clear and appropriate reporting to be performed to the management, sponsors and Orga Front Account managers.
  • Fluent in English and French.
