UK, EMEA & JV Compensation Responsibilities
- Co-design, implement and manage global compensation frameworks for the JV and broader international populations, in alignment with SG Group and GBIS reward strategy.
- Lead deployment and coordination of the Annual Compensation Review across multiple countries, working with Global C&B, UK/EMEA and APAC teams.
- Manage compensation envelopes, cross country benchmarking, analytics and transversal reviews.
- Provide senior stakeholders with compensation insights, analytics and recommendations aligned to market practice.
Regulatory Remuneration Governance
- Develop, implement and maintain regulatory remuneration governance frameworks in line with FCA, PRA and EBA requirements.
- Manage Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification processes, including modelling remuneration impact and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare, coordinate and present papers, analytics and disclosures for Remuneration Committees, Boards and regulators.
- Manage deferred compensation arrangements, buy outs, malus/clawback and payment governance.
Stakeholder & Committee Management
- Act as a key liaison with Remuneration Committees, Boards, HR leadership, Risk, Compliance and Finance.
- Coordinate committee agendas, schedules, papers and regulatory submissions.
- Provide expert remuneration advice to senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
Reward Analytics
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports and analytics to support the reward agenda and annual review cycles.
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, governance and appropriate use of employee reward data is in line with internal controls and external regulations.
General Reward & Projects
- Support ad hoc compensation initiatives, change management activities and regulatory change implementation.
- Coordinate with HR Systems teams to ensure accurate capture and reporting of compensation data.
- Maintain strong external market awareness through benchmarking providers and industry participation.
- Participate in wider HR and Reward initiatives across Bernstein and Société Générale.
