Work closely with the Bernstein Global CEO and Bernstein Deputy CEO, along with other senior stakeholders, to provide support in the management of key ACR processes and analytics, including but not limited to:

  • Determination and distribution of envelopes
  • Benchmarking analysis and transversal reviews of compensation across business lines and countries
  • Liaison with Paris C&B Team
  • Board/management committee sign-off at both a Bernstein UK and Global level
  • Coordination with country Finance teams
  • Coordinating employee communications
