Responsibilities
- Electronic Sales Trading Coverage for global electronic trading clients.
- Covering cross-asset, Equity, Fixed Income and Commodity derivatives markets throughout EMEA, AMER & APAC.
- Direct Market Execution & Algorithmic supervision - advising clients on DMA, Algo execution and application, platform functionality and providing expertise on specific market practices.
- CRM for key ETD clients, managing product queries, trade supervision, new product marketing, trade queries.
- Providing contingency Voice Trading Execution Services.
- Partnership with Prime Sales to sell and market SG ETD Electronic Trading Services and Product through client pitches and demonstrations of ETD's Algo and execution capabilities.
- Primary interface between SG ETD clients and global exchanges.
- Managing systematic risk as a result of SG or exchange side outages.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Investment banking / financial services industry.
- Listed derivatives market knowledge and relevant experience in a Sales Trading or technical role.
- Understanding of Direct Market Access and Algo execution.
- Some experience and understanding of execution platforms, execution architecture and FIX protocol.
- A customer focused, commercial approach and attitude with the ability to develop and foster relationships with clients and internal partners based on trust and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, proactively shares information and collaborates with others.
- Highly motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
