Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management and Prioritization: Collect and prioritize business lines' client onboarding requests to develop a comprehensive MARK pipeline. Assess and adjust requests (prioritization, postponement, cancellation) in alignment with production team capacities (KYC, RISK, SEGL) and other business unit priorities (GLBA, SGSS, GTPS). Analyse, challenge, and rank all sales requests to ensure strategic alignment.
- Escalation and Conflict Resolution: Act as the escalation point for blocked or time-sensitive cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Arbitration Support: Prepare and provide support for arbitration committees when a counterparty rejects contractual terms in the Bank's legal trading documentation, addressing any divergence with the Bank's policies and documentation standards.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new procedures to ensure a non-disruptive and seamless process. Support all units in their transformation plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Net Banking Income (NBI) generation and track effective trade dates to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Digital Initiatives: Provide strategic support to MARK Management on all digital initiatives, fostering innovation and digital transformation.
- Critical Onboarding Coordination: In rare instances and at the request of the Front Office, manage end-to-end coordination of urgent, highly critical, or complex onboarding requests in compliance with SG policies, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
- KYC Renewal Coordination: Oversee KYC renewals for your designated perimeter, ensuring all critical accounts are managed and completed before due dates.
- Offboarding Management: Participate in the offboarding and run-off process, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to compliance standards.
