  • The candidate will cover multiple financial subsectors and geographies, participating in all M&A execution and origination of new deals.

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions across the FIG sector.
  • Conduct industry and company research, perform quantitative analysis, valuation analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare and pitch presentations for clients, investors, and the investment community.

Required Profile

  • University graduate, ideally with internship or work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial services.
  • Genuine interest in Banks, Insurance, Exchanges, and other financial subsectors.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Articulate, professional, and well-presented.
  • Highly motivated and committed.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
  • Entrepreneurial initiative and teamwork skills.
