- The candidate will cover multiple financial subsectors and geographies, participating in all M&A execution and origination of new deals.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions across the FIG sector.
- Conduct industry and company research, perform quantitative analysis, valuation analysis, and financial modeling.
- Prepare and pitch presentations for clients, investors, and the investment community.
Required Profile
- University graduate, ideally with internship or work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial services.
- Genuine interest in Banks, Insurance, Exchanges, and other financial subsectors.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Articulate, professional, and well-presented.
- Highly motivated and committed.
- Detail-oriented and diligent.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
- Entrepreneurial initiative and teamwork skills.
