We're looking for a

Project Management Trainee to join our UK Change & Transformation team, supporting the delivery of high‑profile business, regulatory and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

This role is based on the responsibilities outlined in the original Job Description.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior professional to gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers, learning the fundamentals of project delivery while contributing to real business change.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Project planning and coordination.
• Research, analysis and information gathering.
• Governance, reporting and project documentation.
• Stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
• Tracking project actions, risks and milestones.
• Budget monitoring and project reporting.
• Supporting workshops, presentations and project updates.
• Continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Working closely with experienced project professionals, you'll develop practical skills in project management, business change and stakeholder engagement.

Required

We are interested in individuals who are curious, motivated and eager to learn.

You may be a graduate, have completed an internship, or have some junior experience within a project, business support or administrative environment.
