Société Générale’s Group Internal Audit team in London is looking for a motivated Trainee Internal Auditor to join us in ensuring the bank operates safely, efficiently, and with integrity across the UK, Ireland, and Middle East.
What you’ll do: As a Trainee Internal Auditor, you will support our audit teams in assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and helping improve business processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a variety of audit assignments, collaborating with experienced auditors, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our control environment.
Profile required
- Graduate or junior-level professional with experience or interest in corporate or commercial audit
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python and cybersecurity advantageous
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as French are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
