Due to unprecedented success, Social Work Partners are looking for the next cohort of talented Recruitment Consultants to match our exciting growth plans for 2023 onwards.We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers who are ready to take the first steps into the recruitment industry. We will reward you with an amazing place to work, genuine career progression and huge earning potential with our uncapped commission structure.Job Role:You will be sourcing the best social work talent throughout the UK, your main role in the first stages will be pure candidate generation.
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications areprocessed efficiently
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidatesand internal teams
- Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
- Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Identify and progress leads as required
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
