Social Work Partners are currently recruiting for a Social Worker/Senior Social Worker for the CIN/R&A team in Wandsworth. You must be registered with Social Work England to apply for this role.
Role Details
- £34,428 - £47,082 per annum (subject to experience)
- Welcome bonus: £5,000 (Paid in two instalments. The first £2,500 after 6 months on successful completion of your probation period and the second £2,500 after 12 months of employment)
- Retention payment: £1,000 paid every 2 years’ service.
Requirements
- We are looking for people with a 'can do' attitude and who are creative.
- You will need a relevant social work qualification and Social Work England membership, along with the experience of working across voluntary and statutory agencies.
- An excellent communicator, collaborator who is compassionate and understands the needs of children and young people.
- You will also have applied knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
- All Social Worker applicants need to complete their ASYE Year to be eligible for these posts. Wandsworth council runs a separate program for newly qualified Social Workers.
You will be key in promoting Wandsworth’s Family Safeguarding Model, promoting relationship-based social work and interventions, purposeful assessments, and excellent social work practice at the front door, benefiting from regular reflective supervision and responding to the needs of the community.
