The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to help lead the next stage of growth for the agency. This is a senior leadership role for somebody who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building high-performing teams, and can balance operational excellence with strong leadership. You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team to help run the day-to-day of the business, improve processes, support and develop the team, and help ensure the agency operates efficiently as it scales. We’re not looking for someone to simply “manage tasks.” We’re looking for someone who can create structure, accountability, momentum, and standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership- Oversee the day-to-day running of the agency
- Improve operational efficiency, systems, and workflows
- Help build scalable processes as the business grows
- Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Support resource planning and team capacity management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Support smooth communication across teams and departments
- Help maintain high standards of client delivery and overall service quality
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are progressing effectively
- Assist with operational coordination across accounts and campaigns
- Help identify and resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Contribute towards creating a positive experience for both clients and team members
- Support, mentor, and develop team members
- Help create a high-performance culture with accountability and ownership
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and development planning
- Help identify training needs and recruitment opportunities
- Maintain strong team morale and communication
- Ensure internal and client KPIs are being tracked and achieved
- Monitor delivery performance across departments
- Report on operational and client performance to leadership
- Help implement clearer accountability and reporting structures
- Drive continuous improvement across the business
What We’re Looking For
Essential- Previous experience in an operations, client services, or leadership role within an agency
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and developing people
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a performance marketing agency
- Understanding of paid media, creative, CRM, or lead generation
- Experience implementing operational systems and processes
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and accountability structures

What We Offer
