The seat
Edit reels and long-form for hospitality clients pulling 50M+ monthly views. Contract / freelance, paid per piece.
The core role
- Edit short-form reels (10–30s) for Instagram + TikTok
- Edit long-form branded films (60–120s)
- Sound design, on-screen typography, motion overlays where the brief calls for it
- Manage revisions via Frame.io
- Hit weekly delivery deadlines
What you'll do
- Day-to-day video editing of client + internal content for social and TV platforms
- Working with the creative team to manage revisions of existing videos and conceptualising new ideas
- Ensuring all videos are completed on time and to a high standard ready for launch
- Keeping a pulse on social media to find out what's working for others, what's trending and incorporating that into your videos

The ideal person
- 2+ years experience in video editing
- Fluent in English, confident on calls
- Open minded, willing to learn, takes feedback
- Lives on Instagram/TikTok in their free time knows the platform
- AI-literate uses tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Higgsfield to move faster
