Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated, resilient go-getter with one year’s experience in an SDR setting focusing on booking demonstrations with decision-makers to be passed to the sales team. You will be experienced in creating opportunities via various methods, including phone calls, email, LinkedIn etc. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have the desire to be successful and want a career path with a desire to become part of the sales team.

Ideal Profile:

  • 1-year experience as an SDR for another SAAS company
  • Experience working within the talent/recruitment market would be advantageous
  • A proven track record of achieving targets
  • A driven individual who wants to be part of a team who are going to change the future of recruitment
  • A willingness to learn and succeed
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail
  • Be able to listen, challenge and communicate to a high standard.
