The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Education & training is delivered across all five geographical areas of NWAS which the post holder will be expected to cover as required: Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester.
As part of the Trust's commitment to deliver high quality clinical education, North West Ambulance Service is looking to appoint Clinical Education Practitioners to work within the Trust's Education and Training team. Successful applicants will be required to deliver training, induction, and facilitate learning at venues across the whole footprint of the Trust.
The education team delivers programmes including EMT1 Apprenticeship, Paramedic Induction, and PTS Induction. CEPs may also be required to support with Mandatory Training, practice-based learning, and CPD delivery. The role will also involve the support of staff with 'return to work' as well as any other educational requirements.
We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated qualified ambulance practitioners with evidence of excellent patient care and an ability to provide outstanding pastoral support to our learners. Individuals would preferably hold recognised teaching and assessment qualifications at diploma level or equivalent. Candidates should have proven experience in training delivery and assessment and should be familiar with ambulance education practices.
The recruitment process will be comprised of several assessment processes that will evaluate your suitability for the post, behaviours and values, and ability to work as part of our education team.
