We're introducing a new YouTube and short format series in 2025, in a similar vein to Bruno Casanovas (Nude Project), Steven Bartlett (Behind the Diary) or Marcus Milione (Minted New York). This is a full-time position ideal for someone looking to test their creative ability, be exposed to the world of social content and branded campaigns and grow quickly in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

This will document raw, behind the scenes moments, in office, on set and travelling and you will have an all access opportunity to document this and tell our story. Each week you will produce a longer format video as well as short format cut downs of the vlog and podcast-style, educational snippets of the wider team.
Your day to day will look as follows:
- Ideating, planning and producing weekly and monthly content plans for both agency & personal brand
- Production of long form video content
- Production of short-format (educational / insightful shorts) for company pages or personal brand
- Editing, colour grading & sound design of all video content
- Versioning and platform optimisation
- Support in posting / copywriting
- Occasionally supporting other content production needs of the agency.
