We’re looking for a (Senior) Account Manager to join socialed and take ownership of how our work gets delivered as well as leading on new and existing client accounts. This is not a traditional account management role. This is an operations-first position focused on:
- Driving internal efficiency
- Ensuring projects land on time and at a high standard
- Creating clarity, structure and accountability across the team for our clients.
You will sit alongside our Head of Production, acting as the conduit between strategy, creative and execution, monitoring and overseeing projects from brief to delivery. You will report to the founders. You will also take ownership of a number of key client accounts, bringing your experience to our accounts function and acting as a trusted partner to clients.
Your main responsibilities include:

- Process building & operational reporting to senior management
