We’re looking for a senior influencer / creator leader to build and lead our influencer function from the ground up. We are looking to bring someone into the team who speaks influencer, creator economy and social fluently and has a proven track record in overseeing strategies for highly ambitious international brands. This person will have agency or senior brand experience in this type of position but is looking for something that they can personally shape, drive and feel proud of, from the ground up.
As an agency we’ve proven our ability to create beautiful and results‑driven content and strategies and integrating influencer into that system is our next evolution; this role takes our existing reputation and momentum and provides a base for real intrapreneurial growth. You will work directly with the founders as a right‑hand partner, helping to:
- Design our influencer proposition
- Integrate creators into our broader social growth model
- Build and lead a high‑performing influencer team
- Originate and close new business
This role will form part of the core senior leadership group alongside the founders and our creative leadership.
About Us: We are social thinkers and creative partners to ambitious socially minded brands working primarily with brands across luxury and lifestyle, from high growth tech businesses to household names. Our belief is simple:
- Social growth is driven by high‑quality, social‑native content
- Community and amplification happens through creators
- Long‑term growth comes from testing, learning, and consistent monthly execution
The Role: You will form the foundations and soon be the senior stakeholder in the influencer department at socialed. Your day to day will look like:
- Commercial growth
- Team building
- Delivery oversight
You will not be expected to do everything forever – your job is to build the function, in the short term, and build the team to deliver your vision longer term. It's like setting up a mini‑agency within an existing, proven business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Proposition
- Design our influencer offering as an always‑on, strategic system, not campaign‑based execution
- Integrate creators into social strategy, content testing, and distribution
- Help define pricing, scopes, and partnership models
- Ensure the offer feels premium, credible, and differentiated
- Bring existing relationships, contacts, and opportunities into the business
- Lead influencer‑led new business conversations
- Partner with the founder on pitches and strategic sales
- Build a pipeline that contributes to our wider agency growth
- Represent the agency at events, panels, and industry moments
- Own senior influencer strategy on selected accounts
- Guide creator selection, structure, and long‑term partnerships
- Ensure influencer work protects and enhances brand equity
- Act as a trusted senior partner to CMOs and Heads of Brand
- Hire and develop influencer managers and execs over time
- Enhance / modify existing workflows, processes, and standards
- Build on our culture of strategic thinking, taste, and accountability
- Work closely with production, social, and creative teams
Who this role is for... You are likely:
- Senior at an influencer, social, or integrated agency
- Already leading accounts, clients, or teams
- Comfortable in front of senior clients (pitches through to creative meetings)
- Commercially‑minded and confident
- Ready to build something, not just run someone else’s system
- A master operator and diligent time manager
- A self‑starter brimming with ideas of how to make influencer more effective or the agency model better.
You:
- Understand luxury & lifestyle brands
- Care about brand equity as much as performance
- Want real ownership and impact
Within 6–12 months:
- Influencer is a clear, credible pillar of our offer
- You have originated and closed meaningful revenue
- Clients trust you as a strategic partner
- The foundations of an influencer team are in place
