What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide leadership and support for a care team, act as a role model for good practice, and champion residents' dignity and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

What you’ll need
An NVQ and relevant experience is essential, including a good understanding of care planning processes and a proven ability to write concise care plans. Experience in contributing to, monitoring, and implementing changes that improve outcomes for residents is also important. Where you’ll work
Harrier Lodge care home, due to open in December 2018, is a 65 bed care home providing nursing and residential care, as well as specialist care for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Working with Care UK, you will assist our residents in everyday life, providing support and companionship. Building relationships and acting as a companion is an extremely rewarding part of your role.
