Operations Manager - Fostering - IFA
salary up to £46,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the Yorkshire area, in order to recruit for a permanent Operations Manager, for their office in Bradford.
In this role, you will be overseeing a team of experienced Supervising Social Workers and also, you will be reporting to the Head of Fostering. You will not hold the Ofsted registration.
Please apply if you are an Operations Manager, a Team Manager of a Registered Fostering Manager and if you have experience in overseeing Supervising Social Workers. You must have a good understanding of the National Minimum Standards and Fostering Legislation and you must be able to drive as well.
