Role: Head of Growth

Hybrid working: You will be working in our Canary Wharf office 3 days a week with 2 days a week working from home.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Head of Growth to help shape the next stage of Socialbear's revenue growth strategy.

Working closely with the Leadership Team, Account Managers and our app developers, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across our existing client portfolio, expanding our AI product offering, developing strategic technology partnerships and increasing client advocacy and referrals.

This is a commercial leadership role focused on building long-term, sustainable growth.

While the role supports strategic new business opportunities, its primary focus is growing existing clients and developing new commercial opportunities and Socialbear products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Existing Client Growth
  • Lead upselling and revenue growth across Socialbear's existing client portfolio.
  • Build commercial growth plans alongside Account Managers.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across Socialbear's full suite of services.
  • Deliver proposals via video call and in-person meetings to existing clients.
  • Maintain and report on the existing client growth pipeline.
  • AI Product Growth
  • Support in building and expanding Socialbear's suite of AI-powered products and services.
  • Take briefs from Directors and work with Socialbear Developers and Account Managers to deliver our new AI products for clients.
  • Support product positioning, demonstrations and commercial launches.
  • Translate client challenges into scalable AI products.
  • Develop strategic relationships with partner platforms.
  • Build referral, co-selling and joint marketing opportunities.
  • Create measurable partnership plans with revenue targets.
  • Track and report partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Client Advocacy
  • Develop Socialbear's client referral and advocacy programme.
  • Increase client testimonials, case studies and references.
  • Create opportunities for clients to participate in events and thought leadership.
  • Grow referral-generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Commercial Growth
  • Support major proposals, pitches and strategic opportunities.
  • Produce monthly commercial reporting and pipeline forecasts.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities across the business.
  • Recommend new services, pricing opportunities and market initiatives.
  • Commercial Enablement
  • Train Junior Account Managers on Socialbear's products and services.
  • Develop commercial materials, case studies and sales tools.
  • Build a commercially proactive culture across the business.
  • Support Directors with strategic growth initiatives.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Commercial Growth or Business Development, with global FTSE 500 companies.
  • Proven experience growing revenue across existing client portfolios.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong understanding and passion for AI implementation, customer experience and digital technology.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior clients and company Directors.
  • Previous agency, Saa S, AI or Customer Experience industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Revenue generated through existing-client growth.
  • Value of qualified upsell and cross-sell pipeline.
  • Growth of Socialbear's AI product portfolio.
  • Partner generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Client referrals, testimonials and advocacy generated.
  • Commercial forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Adoption of new commercial initiatives across the business.

Three days per week in our Canary Wharf office, with two days working from home.
